My Carpathian Grandpa
The young Italian Michele, who has Ukrainian roots, travels to an abandoned village in the Carpathian Mountains to scatter his mother’s ashes. There lives his grandfather Michael, a former clown called ‘Buba’. The relationship between Michael and Michele is accompanied by a series of strange events that turn serious situations into a tragicomedy and unite the once divided destinies of grandfather and grandson forever.
