Juli Fàbregas

President of the Calella Film Festival Jury.

He is a veteran actor with a fertile career in television, cinema and theatre. Juli is an actor with great presence, capable of playing very diverse characters, which is why he is a regular on the main prime-time series of Spanish TV, TV3, Antena 3, Cuatro and Telecinco.

In 2019 she won the CIMA Award for Equality at the Festival de Televisió de Vitòria, FesTVal for her participation in the Catalan series ‘Les de l’hoquei’.

In 2020 she premiered her second feature film, ‘Menéndez’ directed by Santiago Alvarado and also ‘Espejo, espejo’ by director Marc Crehuet.

In 2021, she premiered the play “Oh, Mami “ by Oriol Vila at the Teatre Amaya in Madrid and participated in the TV3 series ”Com si fos ahir “ and also in ”Los herederos de la tierra ’ produced by Diagonal TV.

In 2022 he starred in the film ‘Cuando los amos duermen’, directed by Santi Alvarado and co-starring Manuela Velasco, which is part of the Sitges Film Festival programme.

She has been working for three seasons with great success in theatres in Madrid with plays such as ‘Oh, Mami’ and ‘Escape Room’. He is currently playing ‘Laponia’, for the second season with Mar Abascal, Amparo Larrañaga and Iñaki Miramón.
