This is the remake of the short film that has the same name. The girlfriend of Randal Hendricks gives him a pair of binoculars shortly after he stays in a wheelchair and lives trapped in his apartment. Randal, who has an economic debt to a business shark, sees by chance how a powerful criminal commits a murder and begins to blackmail him.
